Casa Colorados is a luxurious 4 bedroom/5 bath beachfront house that sits right in front of the world-class surf at Playa Colorado. With over 5,000 sq. ft. of living space, the house comfortably sleeps 8+ people with 2 master suites and 2 guest rooms. The home can easily accommodate larger groups and is perfect for multiple families.
There are 3 master bedrooms - 2 upstairs and 1 downstairs. One upstairs master features 1 king and 1 queen-size futon while the other features 2 twins and 1 queen-sized futon. The downstairs master features 1 king while the guest room features 2 twins.
The game room has 1 queen-size sleeper sofa and 1 twin-size sleeper sofa while the living room has 2 super-sized king futons. All rooms have their own bathrooms and walk in closets with mahogany closet organizers.
The house is complete with an infinity edged pool overlooking the beach and surf. It features a fully equipped kitchen, A/C in every room, 3 flat-screen TVs, an X-BOX game system with 30+ games, a surround-sound home theater with outside music, a DVD player with 30+ movies, a game room, high speed internet and a back-up generator. Daily cleaning and a night guard are also provided for further comfort.
Rates vary based on occupancy and season:
March - September:
$600/night for up to 6 people and $50/night for each additional person
October - February:
$550/night for up to 6 people and $50/night for each additional person
Holidays (Christmas, New Years and Easter):
$750/night for up to 6 people and $50/night for each additional person
Rates– Includes cleaning every day.
Rates include 15% IVA (Nicaraguan Sales Tax).
About the Area
Hacienda Iguana is a gated, oceanfront development located along the southern coast of the Tola region. It features 9-hole golf course with a fully outfitted clubhouse that offers cart and club rentals. The development features an oceanfront clubhouse where you can relax in the pool, watch the surf and enjoy a drink. There are also a handful of bars and restaurants to choose from, both within and near the development.

Colorado, a fast, barreling beach break which is often considered one of Nicaragua's best, is just right out behind the house!
Panga Drops, a fun, peaky reef break which magnifies swell and is typically larger than most other spots, is just a short walk away.
Los Perros Point, a right-hand point that breaks over rock and sand that is a great option when the surf gets bigger. The outside peak is a bit more challenging, while the inside peak is more forgiving. Both sections connect on the right angle.
