Just a stones throw from the waves at Colorado, this 3 bedroom unit in Hacienda Iguana is all about convenience and luxury. The porch and master bedroom both have a direct view of the surf so you can enjoy the view of the waves without having to leave home.
There is a putting green and a private, community beach club with an infinity pool just in front of the condo. The beach club will have a restaurant coming March 1, 2011. Enjoy discounted green fees for a round of golf with club and golf cart rentals available at the proshop.
This 1st floor unit has a fully-equipped kitchen, flat screen TV, DVD player, wireless internet, A/C in every room, and housekeeping every other day. Guests of the condo have access to the beachfront pool and also enjoy membership rates at the golf course.
The master bedroom has a queen bed. private bath and a walk-in closet with a safe if you want to lock up your valuables. Both guest bedrooms have 2 twin beds and share a beautiful bath.

Hacienda Iguana is a gated, oceanfront development located along the southern coast of the Tola region. It features a 9-hole golf course with a fully outfitted clubhouse that offers cart and club rentals. Colorado, a fast, barreling beach break which is often considered one of Nicaragua's best, is just steps away and you can watch it from the balcony!
Panga Drops, fun, peaky reef break which magnifies swell and is typically larger than most other spots, is a short walk up the beach.
Los Perros Point , a right-hand point that breaks over rock and sand that is a great option when the surf gets bigger. The outside peak is a bit more challenging, while the inside peak is more forgiving. Both sections connect on the right angle.
