About This Property

This 3 bed/2.5 bath home was just built and is in a spectacular location just steps from the beach.  It features 2 patios and 1 balcony where you can enjoy ocean views and the cool breeze.

The 1st floor features the living, dining and kitchen area as as you walk in the front door. This space is open and surrounded by large windows for the cool, offshore breeze to pass through.  The kitchen featuresa combination of marble and hardwood counters, custom cabinetry, natural stone and Granada tile along with stainless steel appliances and everything you'll need to cook!  The dining room features a large dining table that comfortable accomodates 6 adults while the living room seats the same with its colorful custom couch and chairs.
 
The master suite is also on the first floor and features wood beams and natural cane ceilings that create a cozy feel, while the private bath boasts a beautiful array of Granada tiles that add a touch of elegance.
 
A gorgeous staircase accented with Granada tile risers, iron spindles and a hardwood handrail leads up to the 2nd floor where you'll find the two guest bedrooms, both appointed with full beds and their own closets.  There is also a shared bathroom and balcony with beach and surf views.  There is A/C in all the bedrooms as well as the living room.

Playa Guasacate is just steps from the house and you'll find fun surf just right here at the beach break. The waves here vary based on size, direction and tide, but offer fun surf for all levels. 

Popoyo is considered one of the most consistent and fun waves in the area. Both a right and left, this reef magnifies swell and is rideable almost everyday. Located about 2 kilometers to the south, it's a short walk, bike or drive away.
