About This Property

Only 1 hour from the airport in Managua, this incredibly beautiful house is perfect for a family vacation. A great place to have fun, relax or just hang out and enjoy the spectacular view of the ocean. It's private, secure, and has a romantic feel.

The base rate is $350 plus electricity (which can vary from $15-$25/day).

Quads are available for rent less than a 20 minute walk down the beach and our staff will be happy to make all arrangements for the right price. If you rent a quad for more than 1 hour, they will let you take it further down the beach. A very nice day trip easily done in 2 hours- head south down the beach to La Boquita. It is 20 km down the coast. You will be able to see what miles of untouched beaches look like and end up at a beachfront restaurant that make very good cerviche and have a couple of cold beers!

Just at the end of our bay to the north are rocks called the CORTINA's that are great to sit by at high tide where the water blasts overhead.

Surf

Melon and Pochomil, beach breaks that offer lefts and rights, is usually best on a low to mid tide and offers a variety of waves that can be fun for the beginner and experienced surfer alike.

Pochomil Viejo, a long and mellow reef that offers lefts and rights, is just south of town and works best at low tide.

Masachapa, a right-hand reef that only breaks on larger swells during low tide. It can be hollow on the right swell angle.

Montelimar, a soft left-hand point, is just to the north of the house and is best on incoming tides.

Meat Grinders, a hollow, heavy, left-hand point that breaks over shallow reef, is about a 30-minute drive away and is best at mid to high tide.
