About This Property
This 3 bed/3.5 bath house offers plenty of space and is perfect for large groups of friends or families.
The downstairs features a large kitchen with everything you need, a dining table which seats 8 comfortably, a living room with couch space for everyone, a half bath, a surfboard storage room and a master bedroom with it's own bathroom.
The upstairs features a master bedroom with it's own bathroom and a guest bedroom with 2 bunk beds (which sleep 4 people) and its own bathroom as well. Both bedrooms open up to a large balcony which is paritally covered for some shade, but also has room for sunbathing.
From the 2nd floor balcony, you can go up the spiral staircase to a 3rd floor observation tower which is a great place to check the surf during the day, catch the sunset in the late afternoon or watch the stars at night.
Rates vary based on occupancy:
1 - 2 people: $150/night*
3 - 4 people: $200/night
5 - 6 people: $225/night
7 - 8 people: $250/night
* This rate only applies to use of 1 bedroom.

About the Area
Playa Guasacate is a beautiful stretch of beach located just north of Popoyo. It is centrally located to all of the local restaurants, bars, stores and other activities in the Popoyo area. After spending a short time in the area, you will realize that both the local and foreign residents are all friendly, laid-back people.
Directions
This is the perfect house for families or groups of friends who don't need all of the amenities, but want to be right at the beach.

Surf
Playa Guasacate is steps away from the house and you'll find fun surf just right here. The waves here vary based on size, direction and tide, but offer fun surf for all levels.
Popoyo is considered one of the most consistent and fun waves in the area. Both a right and left, this reef magnifies swell and is rideable almost everyday. Located about a kilometer to the south, it's a short walk, bike or drive away.
