Casa Alegre is a charming 3 bed/2.5 bath villa that we both designed and built in the prestigious Rancho Santana community.
The coastline views from this property are absolutely spectacular, especially from a higher elevation, so we tailored the design to capitilize on this by placing the bedrooms on the 1st floor and all of the shared interior space on the 2nd floor. The upstairs was given a an open and spacious layout with large window openings and a terrace to capture this stunning views.
The kitchen and all bathrooms feature custom, hardwood cabinetry along with granite counters and colorful Granada tile accents.
No vacation home is complete without a sparkling swimming pool and lush gardens and we tied in the Granada tile finish here to create a unique and warming look.
