About This Property
Hacienda Colorado is located on the beach in Hacienda Iguana, directly in front of the surf break, Colorados- sometimes referred to as the Nicaraguan Pipeline. The house has a beautiful beachfront pool, 4 bedrooms, a large kitchen and dining area, living room and a lot of patio space upstairs and downstairs, as well as a courtyard to relax in.
The huge master suite is furnished with a king and 1 twin bed along with 2 recliners and large office desk. There are two ocean view guest suites each have a queen and a twin bed in each of them and the 4th guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. The house is ideal for 1-2 families, 3 couples or 6-8 surfers. There is a/c throughout the house in all 4 bedrooms, the kitchen, living and dining room. The kitchen is large and fully equipped. The house has 3 employees who are there to make your stay more comfortable, a full time housekeeper, a night guard and a pool cleaner/gardener.
Rates – Includes cleaning every day
- March 8-September: $540/night for up to 6 people and $50/night for each additional person (up to 8 people), 5 night minimum
- October: $490/nt for up to 6 people and $50/night for each additional person
- Holidays (Christmas, New Years and Easter): $721/night (for up to 6 people), and $52/night for each additional person (up to 8 people)
*Children 1 year & under stay for free
Rates include 15% IVA (Nicaraguan Sales Tax).
About the Area
Hacienda Iguana is a gated, oceanfront development located along the southern coast of the Tola region. It features a 9-hole golf course with a fully outfitted clubhouse that offers cart and club rentals. The development features an oceanfront clubhouse where you can relax in the pool, watch the surf and enjoy a drink. There are also a handful of bars and restaurants to choose from, both within and near the development.

This house is right in front of the surf at Playa Colorado so all you have to do is walk out your door to the break! Beautiful and beachfront house that sleeps up to 8 people.

Surf
Colorado, a fast, barreling beach break which is often considered one of Nicaragua's best, is just a bit farther walk down the beach.
Panga Drops, a fun, peaky reef break which magnifies swell and is typically larger than most other spots, is just steps away from the condo. You can easily check the surf here from the balcony.
Los Perros Point, a right-hand point that breaks over rock and sand that is a great option when the surf gets bigger. The outside peak is a bit more challenging, while the inside peak is more forgiving. Both sections connect on the right angle.
